I made this original linocut print by carving a block of linoleum, rolling the surface with ink, placing a sheet of printmaking paper on top, and applying pressure to the surface of the paper to transfer the image.
I wanted to create a design that includes fun, iconic images of summertime.
This image measures 8” x 8” and it’s printed on a sheet of 12” x 12” paper.
